How can I see what faxes I've sent and received?
Log in using your Gofaxer username and password, and you can track your history of sent and received faxes.
Can I merge my Gofaxer account with my email account?
You can't merge them, but you can set up your Gofaxer account to forward to your normal email account. Just go to "Settings" on the Gofaxer menu, then click on "email," then enter the email address you use normally. Click "OK." All of your incoming faxes will now be routed to your email address.
How can I manage my billing information?
You can log in to your Gofaxer account and click the link for "Billing" at the top of the page. Here you may see previous bills and update your payment information..
How can I view my billing statements?
You can view your current and past billing statements online by logging into your account. You can also find your fax history for each billing period. Simply click on the statement date.
I'm having a problem that's not covered here. What do I do?
