As of Tuesday, June 9th, the servers for both GoFaxer and GlobalYP.net have been down. GoFaxer customers, as of 3pm PST on June 10th, all of your incoming faxes have been re-routed to the e-mail address you used when you signed up with our service.
All of us are working hard to quickly resolve this issue so that we can bring our services back online. However this process may take some time and we apologize for any inconvenience that this unforeseeable issue has caused you.
Our customer service team is diligently trying to respond to all calls and e-mails in the order in which they have come in, and we plan to create a reimbursement package that will help to compensate you for the loss of service.
